I took a few 1on1 sessions with Naomi when going through a difficult time in life facing a complex health issue and decision a year ago. Naomi has a compassionate, mature, friendly, respectful and calm way of conducting the sessions and it felt like mild counseling and coaching was very helpful and enjoyable. It can be intimidating to discuss some personal things and as a psychotherapist myself I am quite selective for practitioners. Because I enjoyed a few Naomi’s workshops on tantra a few years earlier it was fairly easy to find a good connection and open up and live through those complex weeks.
Currently I am taking the course on relationships and it is another layer of self-discovery. Excercises are quite deep, they encourage you to look at different perspectives on what kind of relationship and partner you are looking for, and to deal with something you might have put off for a while or was not willing to look into at all. I took part in a few group calls and it felt like a safe space there, I liked how Naomi was guiding the group. I’d recommend to make sure you have time for the homework as it is quite important.

It is not compulsory to attend all the sessions, as they will be recorded. Though it is recommended that you attend as often the live sessions are more powerful and you will get to do the interactive exercises with others. Attending the live sessions also gives you the opportunity to ask any burning questions and learn from other people’s experiences.
